A quick guide to FC.
POINTS
3 points for a correct score,
2 points for a correct away result or a correct draw result,
1 point for a correct home result.
ALL games are over 90 mins plus added time. Abandoned games will be void.
KNOCK OUT COMPETITION RULES
LEAGUE CUP
A list will be sent out to all members showing your ranking based on the previous seasons overall league position then (for new members from the date joined). This will determine (from lowest up) what round you enter the League Cup.
Most 3 pts, if level then replay.
FA CUP
Entry into the FA Cup is based on your current position on week 16 in the Premier league etc down to Non-league.
All matches up to the semi finals will be determined by the following criteria:-

LEAGUE RULES
FIXTURES
Each member will play against everybody within their respective divisions twice per season, once at home and once away.
GOALS
From the ten fixtures each week a goal will be awarded for every correct match score predicted. All home players will receive an extra goal if they have an overall points total greater than their opponent for that current week, this is to simulate home advantage.
LEAGUE TABLES
All points will be added each week to every league division table and shall be sorted in order of (1)most points, (2) goal difference, (3) most goals scored, (4) most away wins, (5) total wins. Promotion and relegation between all the divisions is 5 up, 5 down. Should anyone leave the league the number relegated will be reduced in that division and any lower division affected. If more than 5 people leave then extra promotions will take place until all the vacated places have been filled. Any vacant league places remaining will then filled from the waiting list. If there are not enough on the waiting list then non league members will be used (just to fill the fixture schedule). Members who have two league teams can only qualify for promotion with their first team, 2nd team to remain in the lowest league if a place is available
POINTS
3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw
NON-FORECAST OF SCORES
Anyone who fails to submit their scores for the current week will be given the default scores. These will be 10, 20, 30, 40, 00, 11, 01, 02, 03, 04. This system will be used for the whole of the season. These forecasts will be deemed to be the members own forecasts and will count for goals and overall points total for any league match. If no one takes over from a member who drops out the ex members name will continue to be used and will receive non-forecast selections to keep the league games evenly played.
